Edwards has already done that too. Strauss does not get in to England’s Twenty20 team, but Edwards does. She has won the World Cup in that version as well. At the age of 31 she is one of the most successful sportspeople in the country. The shame of it is that you can’t call her a ‘sports star’. Edwards’ achievements dwarf the rewards and recognition she has earned.”
